Terms of Service:

By engaging Pages For Good Health ("we," "us" "our"), you ("Client") agree to the

following terms:

1. Services Provided

We offer a range of customized services, including content creation, strategic communication, community engagement, graphic design, and health promotion.

 

2. Intellectual Property

All materials created by us become the Client’s property upon full payment. The Client holds the copyright (excluding photography). We may use samples for portfolio purposes, but only with the Client';s consent.

3. AI Disclaimer

We may use AI tools to enhance content creation and optimization. All content is reviewed by our team to meet the highest standards. We take full responsibility for its accuracy and quality.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in the project proposal, no later than 30 days after the invoice date. Late payments may cause delays or additional fees.

5. Changes & Revisions

The initial fee covers the estimated time for agreed-upon deliverables. Additional work requires a separate Scope of Work document for Client approval.

6. Confidentiality

We protect the Client’s confidential information, using it only for the project. This obligation continues even after the contract ends.

7. Services Not Covered

Costs for external vendors or services (e.g., translation, printing, photography) are not covered unless explicitly stated and will be approved by the Client beforehand.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, like natural disasters or pandemics. We will resume work as soon as possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee error-free work. We are not liable for any damages, including lost profits or savings, arising from our services. If any part of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

10. Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. The Client agrees to pay for completed work and any obligations incurred. Unfinished work will not create further rights or liabilities.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the provincial courts of Brampton, Ontario, with the prevailing party entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
